I never received my Oxygen Visa Debit Card, what should I do?

If you didn’t get your card, be sure to check the ETA on your Oxygen app, under “My Oxygen Card.” The ETA is usually seven to ten calendar days (except holidays). If you suspect that your card has been lost, contact our Customer Support team at 866-287-7021.

My card was lost, stolen or damaged, how do I request a new one?

If you suspect that your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, please contact our Customer Support team by going to More\“Help & Support” in the app or by calling 866-287-7021.

You can also report it directly through the app by going to More\My cards\Three dots in the top right corner\Report stolen, Report lost, or Report damaged.

Locking your card

Lost card? Don’t worry. Just tap My Cards and select Freeze Card. Your card will be unusable until you unfreeze it.

While your card is frozen, you can still make money transfers from within the app. For example, you can transfer money in or out to another bank account–you just can’t use your physical debit card for transactions. Your virtual cards will still remain active.
