I never received my Oxygen Visa Debit Card, what should I do?

Please verify the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your Oxygen card on your Oxygen app under "My Oxygen Card" to confirm if it is still within the expected delivery timeframe, in case you have not yet received it.

If the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your card has lapsed and you still haven't received it, you can request a replacement through the app by navigating to More > My cards > Tapping the three dots in the top right corner > Report lost or damaged. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at 866-287-7021 or support@oxygen.us for further assistance.

My card was lost, stolen or damaged, how do I request a new one?

If you have reason to believe that your card may have been misplaced or damaged, you can easily request a replacement card via the app by accessing More > My cards > Tapping the three dots in the top right corner > Report lost, or Report damaged.

Upon placing a request, your card should arrive within 7-10 days through standard shipping.

Alternatively, if you wish to expedite the process, you can do so by navigating to More > My cards > Tapping the three dots in the top right corner > Tapping "Report lost" and selecting the Expedited card option. Please note that an expedited fee of $50 will be charged directly from your Oxygen account, and the expedited card will be delivered within 2-3 days.

Locking your card

Lost card? Don’t worry. Just tap My Cards and select Freeze Card. Your card will be unusable until you unfreeze it.

While your card is frozen, you can still make money transfers from within the app. For example, you can transfer money in or out to another bank account–you just can’t use your physical debit card for transactions. Your virtual cards will still remain active.
