To reset your password:
Choose “Forgot password” from the Oxygen login screen.
Enter your email address when prompted and tap “Reset password” > “Done.”
An email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password.
Open the email and click the link at the bottom to “Choose a new password.”
Enter your new password in both fields and select “Change password.”
You can then log back into your account and create a four-digit passcode to access your Oxygen app.
I can’t reset my password using the link provided.
If you have trouble resetting your password, first try using another device or web browser to reset it.
