Can I use my Oxygen Card outside of the United States?

Yes, you can use your Oxygen Visa Debit Card outside of the US for international purchases, however there are a couple things to note. You will be charged a 1% fee of the total transaction amount. For withdrawing from an international ATM, you will be charged 1% of the transaction amount + $5.00 ATM withdrawal fee (1 free for every month). ATM providers may also charge a separate fee.
