Is there a Mobile Check deposit option?

Yes, you can easily deposit a check into your Oxygen account through the Ingo check deposit feature. You’ll be able to deposit checks within the Oxygen app as long as you have an active Oxygen Visa Debit Card.

To cash a check from the app, choose More\Cash a check\Scan a check (this will connect you with Ingo’s feature home page). From there, follow the prompts by scanning a clear photo of both the front and back of the check and input the amount of the check.

You can choose to deposit the check in minutes for a fee and immediately have access to those funds (standard fee is 1% for payroll and government checks with a pre-printed signature and 4% for all other accepted checks, with a $5.00 minimum fee per check.) or by the standard 10 business days for free.
