Direct Deposit $50 Reward - Terms and Conditions

In order for the Oxygen accountholder to qualify and receive the $50.00 Direct Deposit reward (“The Reward”) the following conditions must be met:

Any Oxygen accountholder that has not previously set up an employer Direct Deposit to their Oxygen Consumer Deposit Account (“Account”) is eligible; they must make at least one (1) direct deposit of $500 or more within 60 calendar days of the launch of the campaign (“Qualifying Activity”), commencing on the date of September 29, 2020. The Qualifying Activity must be made by the individual’s employer, payroll provider, or benefits payer by Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposit (“Qualified Direct Deposit”). Bank ACH transfers, Pay Friends transfers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, transfers, peer to peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, and cash loads or deposits are not Qualified Direct Deposits.

The reward is paid to the qualifying Oxygen cardholder within five (5) business days after the Qualified Direct Deposit is received in the Oxygen accountholder’s account (“Reward Paid”). Oxygen reserves the right to both extend the 60 day start period, to commerce with another email, or to cancel or modify the terms of The Reward or terminate the accountholder’s eligibility at any time with or without prior notice. Credits of $10 or more will be reported on tax form 1099-INT for qualifying accounts.
